Our Story
Kairos was born from the personal healing journey of founder, Troy, who discovered the profound power of inner work and whole-person recovery. After facing his own struggles and seeking lasting transformation, Troy realized that true healing doesn’t come from surface-level solutions—it comes from going within. Through his own path of self-discovery, he immersed himself in holistic healing modalities, emotional release work, and mind-body-spirit integration.
As he began to experience deep shifts—releasing trauma, reconnecting with his purpose, and rediscovering his worth—Troy felt called to create a space where others could do the same. What began as a personal journey became a mission to change lives.
Kairos was founded to offer more than just recovery—it was built to guide individuals into wholeness, empowerment, and purpose.
